The value of chlorination as a method of removing microorganisms from water is undeniable, and the procedure is generally accepted. However, in recent years, the growth of resistant bacterial strains, the discovery of Legionella, and other difficulties related with chlorine compounds have increased interest in alternate water purification systems, the most prominent of which are ANECO® products.
The constant dosing of ANECO® solutions within a pool keeps the water safe by eliminating the dangers of chlorine and its by-products such as chloramines and trihalomethanes. At a neutral pH of 5 to 7.2, ANECO® solutions kill all bacteria, viral species, fungus, and algae.
Keeping filters sterile and decontaminated helps to prevent subsequent contamination of filtered water.
The lack of a chlorine odor, the absence of a burning feeling in the eyes, and the absence of unpleasant skin responses make the water a more comfortable environment in which to swim.

NATURE Vs CHEMISTRY
Aneco® and Cateco® are manufactured in the same way as chlorine, chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen, and ozone are formed by electrolysis of water and sea salt.
Unlike chlorine, the most often used water disinfectant, pure, pH-neutral hypochlorous acid (Aneco®) from ANECO® facilities has shown to be far more efficient and complete, while even chlorine requires other acid additions to preserve pH. The soda ash produced (Cateco®) is 100% natural and has no disposal expenditures, unlike caustic soda.
ANECO®‘s revolutionary technique not only enhances outcomes, but also needs fewer management and safety solutions at much lower costs than typical treatments like chlorination, ozonation, and UV radiation.
The ANECO® system consists of an electrolytic cell with two electrodes separated by a ceramic-diaphragmatic membrane, an anode and a cathode.
The likely concerns of electrode deterioration, which are currently observed in other similar systems, have been solved through a unique approach of electrical control via complicated electronic systems and the quality of the alloys chosen over time.
A proprietary self-cleaning technology that minimized the usage of acids in cleaning the electrodes was developed, resulting in much longer electrode life.
An external screen (PLC) manages the system, which may be handled remotely if necessary. The electrolysis cell, also known as the reactor, is the system’s heart. A solution of acid and sodium chloride (the typical salt) is present in the cell.
The usage of diaphragm cells also enables the fabrication of electrochemical goods to be very fast.
Electronic hydrolytic component
The system takes mains water and brine, then the brine solution flows through the reactor, yielding two products that are supplied back into the mains through a dosing pump as needed.
EASY TO USE – UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE
The ANECO® diaphragm cell is a circular titanium and rare metal electrolyte reactor. A polymer or ceramic diaphragm separates the electrodes.
Even under extreme circumstances, hardly no cell component can be destroyed or substantially damaged. The core of each ANECO® device is the universal diaphragm cell for treating dilute and concentrated aqueous solutions.
SMALL SIZE – HIGH CAPACITY
All ANECO® cells are small and portable, with production capacities ranging from 20l to 1200l of Aneco® per hour. As a result, with only one eLisy device, we can treat and disinfect from 20 to 12000 m3/h of water and administer up to 1200 l/h of Aneco®.
DIAPHRAGM CELL PERFORMANCE
The high electric field strength at the electrode surface imparts a degree of electro-meta-stability to the water and its dissolved salts, increasing their ORP in the order of -800mv and + 1200mv in the two flows.
This meta-stable state persists for up to 72 hours after treatment and even longer, retaining an intrinsically greater reactivity and chemical activity for this period and even longer (when properly kept, activated solutions remain extremely effective for 6 to 18 months).
The substantially greater ORP than any other product on the market today greatly improves the solubility, dispersive, and reactive characteristics of water and its dissolved salts, and is a strong indicator of biocidal potential.
The electrical parameters of the feed and the chemical composition of the treated solutions influence the properties of these solutions. The pH of the synthesized solutions is regulated in the range 2.5 -13.0, however because it is customizable, it may be customized for specific values.
