AGRICULTURE

ANECO® solutions with their powerful bactericidal properties offer a wide range of applications for the agriculture industry.
At the same time, ANECO® solutions also enable a substantial reduction of toxic emissions at low costs. Thus, they allow for significant savings compared to conventional methods, usually more expensive.
These solutions are safe and easy to manage, so much so storing harmful chemicals will no longer be necessary.

Livestock

• A total hygiene program for zootechnical field.
• Sterilization of milking equipment.
• Cleaning milking parlors and other farm buildings.
• The Teat-dip to control and reduce the number of somatic cells.

Veterinary Medicine

Small, compact unit produces a bioactive solution capable of treating a wide range of situations with a high bacterial and viral load, for the purpose to provide farmers with immediate access to effective treatments.
ANECO® solutions have been successfully used against dysentery, mastitis, hoof fungal infections, ringworm and respiratory infections, as well as against foot-and-mouth disease.
They also increase resistance to infectious diseases in animals and facilitate their recovery.

Agriculture and horticulture

The ANECO® solution allows a net increase in crop yields, disinfects cereals, extends the shelf life of fruits and vegetables and purifies irrigation water (crop irrigation and pest control) .
It preserves the silage and reduces the toxicity of the scent.

FOOD PROCESSING: GREEN FODDER / SILAGE CONSERVATION

Aneco®, generated by ANECO® systems, is recommended as a preservative in the forage / preparation / storage of green silage for storage. The use of Aneco® does not radically affect the traditional conservation process of forage/ silage.
On the one hand, Aneco® acts as a preservative, which causes no side effects for forage / silage quality, which is often treated with traditional chemical preservatives.
On the other hand, Aneco® acts like a normal preservative, adding acidity to forage/ silage, and disinfectant.
In addition, Aneco® stimulates the “breathing" of plants, which results in the preservation of many important vitamins, which usually disappear when the temperature exceeds 50 ° C.
Another important benefit of its use is its capacity to maintain high quality green fodder/ silage for future consumption, regardless of moisture content, composition or weather conditions.
Storing green fodder/ silage with Aneco® guarantees a better quality of the product and its preservation.
Consumption of better green fodder / silage increases milk production (about 19%) and increases the weight of young animals (average increase in daily weight by 42%).

Cost analysis based on the efficiency of the use of Aneco® compared to the traditional conservative:

Below are other advantages of using Aneco® in green fodder / silage preservation:

• 95 to 100% of the green fodder / silage can be stored safely for later reuse;

• Aneco® is an ecologically safe preservative, unlike traditional chemicals which are often toxic, explosive and leave chemical residues in the fodder. It can only be used 2-3 months after green fodder / silage treatment;
• Aneco® prevents other risks often associated with the handling of dangerous chemicals;

UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE – EASY TO USE

The diaphragmatic cell of ANECO® is a round electrolyte reactor made of titanium and rare metals. The electrodes are separated by a ceramic polymer or diaphragm. Even under extreme conditions, hardly can any cellular element be broken or seriously damaged.
Universal diaphragmatic cell for the treatment of diluted and concentrated aqueous solutions is the core of any ANECO® unit.

SMALL SIZE-GREAT CAPACITY

Small and portable, all ANECO® cells have a variable production capacity of 20 l to 1200 l of Aneco® per hour. As a result, with a single eLisy unit, 20 to 1,200 m3 / h of water can be treated and disinfected and a dose of up to 1,200 l / h of Aneco® can be administered.

PERFORMANCE OF THE DIAPHRAGM CELL

In addition to the main electrochemical reaction that occurs with the electrodes, the high intensity of the electric field at the surface of the electrode gives the water and its dissolved salts some electro-meta-stability, thus, increasing its ORP in the order of -800mv and + 1200mv respectively in the two flows.
This meta-stable condition remains as such until 72 hours after treatment and even longer, and maintains intrinsically higher reactivity and chemical activity during this period and even longer (when activated solutions are properly stored, they remain highly effective for 6 to 18 months).
ORP is considerably higher than in any other product. It significantly increases the solubility, dispersion and reaction properties of water and its dissolved salts in large quantities and is a key indicator of biocidal potential.
The properties of these solutions depend on the electrical characteristics of the power supply and the chemical composition of the treated solutions. The pH level of the synthesized solutions is controlled in the pH range 2.5-13.0, but being adjustable, it can be set for specific parameters.
